Dave Kearney
Chairman, Co-founder
Dave Kearney co-founded Boomerang in 1991. Over the years, Dave transitioned
the company from fax based marketing to market leader in e-mail marketing. Dave’s
articles on email marketing have appeared in business periodicals such as DM News,
and publications such as All Business have quoted him on his email marketing expertise.
Dave Kearney earned an MBA from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School
of Management. Dave is a regular golfer. He currently lives in Palo Alto with his
wife and four children.

Satwinder Mangat
CEO
Satwinder Mangat is President and CEO of Boomerang, the leading global provider
of digital marketing services. Satwinder brings 20 years of hands-on experience
in the software industry from startups to large enterprises such as Adobe, Novell,
Ricoh, and StarCite. Satwinder is known as a leader who will get the job done and
as a technology professional who knows how to develop and deliver new products.
Prior to joining Boomerang, Satwinder co-founded OneThing with product focus on
self-actualization and social responsibility. Before joining OneThing, Satwinder
managed multiple products at StarCite, the world’s largest provider of an on-demand
(SaaS/Cloud) global strategic meetings management platform in a $300 billion e-commerce
global market. StarCite rewarded Satwinder with the “Best of the Best Employee Award”
for his efforts to ensure StarCite’s continued its position as a market leader.
Before joining StarCite, Satwinder was Vice President of Engineering at Saucio,
and he successfully delivered the industry’s first cloud-based logistics and operations
software for the transportation industry. Satwinder also developed and managed software
products in Adobe (Acrobat), Novell, and Ricoh.
Satwinder holds 6 technology patents. He participated as a principal member in the
development of SGML standard and various other ANSI and ISO standards. Moreover,
he also participated in the XML working group to develop first W3C XML 1.0 specification.
Aside from working, Satwinder likes to read and meditate. He also served as a commissioner
for Fremont City Library Advisory Board, and he successfully lobbied for legislation
to expand public library open hours. Satwinder also hosted a radio talk show to
promote family values. As a sportsman, Satwinder enjoys playing field hockey, and
he has represented NorCal in the USA Field Hockey Club Championship.
Satwinder has an MBA with honors from Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley,
a post-graduation in Computer Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Satwinder currently lives in Fremont with his wife and two children.

Elaine W. Kearney
CFO
Elaine W. Kearney, a co-founder of Boomerang, has over thirty years’ experience in the high technology industry. She has served as the company's chief financial officer since its inception, responsible for Boomerang's financial management and accounting. Prior to Boomerang, she worked for Interop, a high technology education and trade Show Company, where she founded, organized and managed five international high technology trade associations, including The ATM Forum, The Frame Relay Forum and ECTF. She served as executive director of each association and was responsible for all operational areas, including financial management.

Lindsay Karlin
Professional Services
Lindsay Karlin began her career with Boomerang over 10 years ago and helped build
the Professional Services department from its roots. She specializes in survey,
email template and newsletter design including XSL templates. She truly enjoys
working for and with customers and has built strong relationship with many clients.
Lindsay obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in
Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. She lives in San Jose with
her husband and daughter.

John Viray
Professional Services
John Viray is a senior employee at Boomerang having worked with the company since
2002. Given his long tenure, John is extremely well versed in many facets of the
email marketing industry. In addition, he has a thorough knowledge of BlastWizard,
being an active contributor to new products and features. In his current role as
a Senior Customer Analyst, John uses his knowledge and experience, working with
customers to understand their needs and providing solutions to those issues. John
graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems.

Luke Sieling
Sales and Account Management
Luke is responsible for sales and managing major Boomerang accounts. Originally
from California, Luke has spent most of his working life in Europe (Germany, Belgium
and Slovakia). He recently returned to the San Francisco Bay Area and is happy
that he no longer needs to scrape his car's windshield in the winter.

Kate Berrini
Client Services
Kate splits her time between the professional services, billing and marketing departments. Kate Berrini graduated in the summer of 2010 from the University of California Irvine with major in Sociology and minor in management. While attending college she was also a member of the collegiate soccer team. When not in the office she enjoys playing soccer, doing yoga and exploring San Francisco.

Daywen Li
Network Operations
Daywen Li has over 15 years of experience in network operation and software development.
His duty at Boomerang is to make sure Boomerang systems are always up and running
and provide best possible e-mail deliverability.
Daywen started his career as software developer in several companies in Silicon
Valley. Projects including user interface design on Unix/Windows platforms and embedded
VOIP devices. Later he was in-charge of a VOIP R&D development team in China.
Prior to joining Boomerang, Daywen was working on network design for cloud-based
service for mobile devices.
Daywen holds a Master degree of Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University
and will get MBA degree this fall. He also holds CCNP certificate from Cisco and
SCJP certificate from Sun Microsystem.
