How is your company or organization related to the people in your survey database. None of the rewards companies that we work with allow anyone to send surveys containing their company logos to non opt-in email addresses.

This entry should contain the number of email addresses in your database to which you wish your survey to be delivered.

If you want to limit the number of people who answer your survey (and thus limit the number of rewards you send) then answer yes. If yes, we will automatically stop people from taking the survey after we reach your limit. If no, then we will not limit the number of survey takers.

How many questions will your survey contain? Every entry in your survey that requires an answer is considered a single question. Note: a rating question that contains 5 items to rate would count as 5 questions.

If your survey questions need to change based on the way that the questions are answered then you need to use skip logic. If all of your survey takers are answering the same questions then you do not need skip logic.

How many months would you like to host your survey on our network. The first month is free. Each additional month will incure an extra charge.

Each time a survey is taken we can automatically email the results of that survey to an email address associated with the person that took the survey.

The type of reward you wish to give to people taking your email survey.

The dollar amount of each reward you would like to send to your survey takers.

Boomerang can automatically update your SalesForce database with the survey results for each person who takes the survey. A link is placed into that persons activity history so that anyone with access to that account may view the survey answers.
