Here’s what we do: 

1. Boomerang will create, design, host and deploy your custom survey and then deploy the email that conveys the survey to your list.

2. We’ll also create and design a custom HTML email that will be automatically sent in real time each time a survey is completed. This email will contain the survey questions, answers, and the respondent’s contact information, and will be sent to one or more email addresses of your choosing so that you can immediately act on the information. 

3. All of the survey and email results are available to you to view, download, or email to others via BlastWizard, your very own password protected, online user interface.

4. Finally, Boomerang will arrange all of the details involved in fulfilling the reward incentive that you’ve chosen from among our Rewards partners.

Survey Creation

Professional Services will work with you to design and create a custom HTML survey with the exact look and feel that you want. Two edit rounds are included so that we get it just right.

Survey Hosting and Deployment

You have the choice of embedding the survey in an email, or we’ll host it on our servers here and you can link to it. Either way, the email we’ll send to your survey recipients is included.  

Skip Logic

Skip Logic gives you the ability to direct survey respondents to specific lines of questioning based on real-time responses.

Custom HTML Email Design and Creation

With your guidance, our creative experts will design and create an HTML email that will be sent to any recipient you designate immediately after each individual survey submission. This email can function as a sales lead form, and include all survey questions and answers, plus all of the survey respondent’s contact information.  

Automated Delivery of Survey Questions and Answers

Boomerang’s proprietary technology allows us to automatically trigger an email to one or many different recipients each time a survey is completed. These real-time emails allow the intelligence gathered in the survey to be acted upon immediately by the appropriate people in your company. 

Survey and Email Reporting 

BlastWizard, Boomerang’s on-demand deployment and reporting application, is a password protected user interface that will allow you to view and download the results not only of the survey itself, but also of the email that distributed the survey.

Survey data can be viewed in aggregate, question-by-question, cross-tabulated, or even emailed as a spreadsheet. And we have over 60 different reports that you can use to analyze the survey email.

*Each Fulfillment Partner has its own set of rules and regulations relating to the usage of their logos and brand, and specific requirements about how the rewards are mentioned. Boomerang’s Survey Rewards Team will educate and guide you through the creative approval process.
