Surveying your customers or employees is a great way to get information about your business that you may not otherwise get.  But what happens to the survey data once it has been submitted by the respondent?  Usually it goes into a database where a sales or marketing administrator views the answers, and possibly puts together a report for management.

The emails can include the survey questions and answers, profile and demographic information about the survey respondent, and any other information that may be relevant so that the recipient of the email can take immediate action.  We can even set it up so that the survey administrator gets a copy of each email that is sent for her records.
